My name is Andy (he/him) and I am passionate about movement. The things that make me excited to get up in the morning are spending time with my family and fixing things. Both of those get me outside a lot! I’m lucky to live close to Lake Michigan and a lot of other people who get outside and move too.
I am 100% certain that people that move are happier.
Because all of us need help with movement at times. The best way to stay healthy is through movement. We need to focus on self-care to be the best version of ourselves.
And that makes all of us better.
I have a lot of letters after my name that explain what I do, but the easiest way to explain it is I have expertise in assessing, addressing, and applying movement solutions to fix movement problems.
I am a doctor of physical therapy and I created AndGo Physiotherapy, LLC so I can get people moving and make them happy too.
